If you are not satisfied with your PRO purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked.

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method via Paddle. Paddle may also initiate refunds directly under their buyer-protection programme.
Upon processing a refund, your PRO license will be deactivated and your account will revert to the free tier. You can continue using PyNoteFlow for free.
In cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the refund policy, H&H Globals reserves the right to deny a refund.
