1. What We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service:

• Account data: email address and hashed password when you register for a PRO account.
• Payment data: processed entirely by Paddle. We do not store your card details.
• Usage analytics: anonymous install/uninstall events (no personal identifiers).
• License tokens: a signed token stored in your browser's local storage to verify PRO status.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• Your Python code or notebook contents
• Cell outputs or computation results
• Files you open or save
• Browsing history or any other tab data

3. How We Use Data

Data we collect is used solely to:

• Verify your PRO license status
• Process payments via Paddle
• Respond to support requests
• Improve the Extension via aggregate anonymous analytics

4. Data Storage & Security

Account and license data is stored in a secure database (Supabase). Payment processing is handled by Paddle, which is PCI-DSS compliant. License tokens are stored in chrome.storage.local — local to your device only.

5. Third-Party Services

• Paddle — payment processing (Paddle Privacy Policy)
• Supabase — account database (Supabase Privacy Policy)
• Google Gemini API — AI assistant (only called when you explicitly use the AI feature)

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing contact@hhglobals.com.

7. Children's Privacy

PyNoteFlow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes via the Extension update notes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
